First thing in the morning, drink a glass of water and get ready for the quick morning exercise. To be precise, the 5 minute exercise will actually take you 7 minutes. You'll see why once you start following this. After drinking your first glass of water, don't start to exercise right away, walk around for a minute for the water to go down and also to warm up a little.Here's the 5 minute quick exercise routine:
- 5 deep breaths.
- 15 Sit ups.
- 15 Push ups.
- Lie on your back and raise your legs 90 degrees and release - 15 reps.
- Stand up with legs wide apart, bend forward and reach your left leg toe with your right hand and right leg toe with your left hand - 15 reps.
